Charissa is a Professional Home Economist/Human Ecologist and budding podcaster. I'm a mom of a non-binary kiddo and 12-pound Schnoodle, and for most of my career, have been a health promoter in some way shape or form. I enjoy learning new things but have given up trying to develop skills as a ukulele player, choosing instead to torture myself learning how to play guitar. I love talking to people and will talk to pretty much anyone - anywhere, finding out what they are passionate about and hearing their different perspectives.
