Mind Over Matter

Have you ever wondered whether your brain might explode with all the stuff that is rattling around in there? Ever not been able to just shut it off so you could have a good night's sleep? Have so many things that you want to try to sort out in some way to capitalize on the ideas in some way because you know that they are going to be literally life changing only to not know where to start and then they just sort of evaporate? Welcome to my brain - but I don't think I'm alone...rabbit holes and squirrel moments might just be one of the many wonderful ways we are all different:)
