Walking Alongside: Perspectives
Welcome to Walking Alongside: Perspectives. Take a walk with me as we explore perspectives that I find interesting, moving, ridiculous, hilarious, infuriating, frustrating or down right bizarre! This iteration of the podcast features a combination of short (read 10-15 minutes'ish or less) solo-pods sharing what I have seen, heard, experienced or am navigating and fun and insightful conversations with cool people. Hopefully it will be relatable, possibly humourous, thought provoking or at the very least, entertaining. Looking forward to sharing these perspectives and hope you enjoy.

I haven't thought of, or seen, pot pourri in a long time, but for whatever reason, that is the word that came to mind when I was contemplating what this episode was going to be about. As the title suggests, it's a mixed bag of things starting with some corrections courtesy friend of the pod Jeremy - who had some things to say and then moving on into a whole array of things that basically just popped into my brain. I would love to know if you have any thoughts about any of this, or things that you think would have been a good ingredient in this particular pot pourri.
Songs featured in this episode are:
Mutual Assured Destruction - Sigue Sigue Sputnik
Honesty - Billy Joel
Crazy Train - Ozzie Osbourne
Hey Jealousy - Gin Blossoms
Good Times - Sam Cooke

Walking Alongside is written, recorded and produced by me - Charissa McKay (aka CharCharBinx) in my awesome basement home office/studio/craft room on Treaty 6 lands known originally as amiskwaciy-wâskahikan, meaning Beaver Hill House, in Nehiyawewin (Cree). There are other names, equally as meaningful, and I am grateful to those who were here before me, for the ability to call this place my home.
