Welcome to Walking Alongside: Perspectives. Take a walk with me as we explore perspectives that I find interesting, moving, ridiculous, hilarious, infuriating, frustrating or down right bizarre! This iteration of the podcast features a combination of short (read 10-15 minutes'ish or less) solo-pods sharing what I have seen, heard, experienced or am navigating and fun and insightful conversations with cool people. Hopefully it will be relatable, possibly humourous, thought provoking or at the very least, entertaining. Looking forward to sharing these perspectives and hope you enjoy.

Out of the Ashes - Creativity and Inspiration
Sometimes things happen that seem on the surface to be tragic or difficult or challenging and sometimes they are some or all of those things. As the saying goes, necessity is the mother of invention. But so to is creativity and inspiration sometimes either the result of those hard times. This is a short, fast and furious look at some recent events that have cemented for me the idea that there is always something good that can come out of dark times, and that the light that is creativity and inspiration are often the beacon that help guide you through that process.
